Jonesgirl’s Weblog

Jonesgirl is a nickname my Dad coined for his daughters when I was young, but my real name is Julia Jones, or to be technically correct, Julia Jones-Jones. My maiden name was Jones and I married a Jones, for love and convenience. I just turned 33, work as a Continuous Improvement Manager for Goodyear in Melbourne Australia and live in the eclectic and seriously under-rated suburb of Collingwood with my husband Cam, step-daughter Maddy and my cats – Lucci – a 3 year old stray and a 13 week old kitten named Coco who has seriously taken over the house.

It was once said that I could talk under water, so this blog is my chance at creative freedom and an open forum for my peculiar or not-so-peculiar thoughts on life.
